Order Processing

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for processing your order. 

It is important to note that the time your order is processed will depend on the time of year, such as holidays.

Processing time does not include delivery time, please follow the tracking number that has been provided to you by email to track your package once it is out for delivery.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once the customer places an order, they will receive an email confirming the order. 

All orders come with a tracking number that will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.


Lost Package

Byunnie Studios is not responsible for any lost packages. Orders are the responsibility of Byunnie Studios only when the order is being processed.

Please contact the delivery company of which your order has been passed to if your package has been lost. If the company cannot provide information about your package's whereabouts, please contact us at info@byunniestudios.shop for a replacement package at no charge. 


Taxes, Customs, International Duties

Byunnie Studios is not responsible for any fees applied to your order. All imposed fees are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc).


Order Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations to the customer's order must be emailed to info@byunniestudios.shop with the customer's name and order number within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Any incorrect shipping addresses must be emailed to info@byunniestudios.shop with the customer's name and order number within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

If your order has been shipped back to Byunnie Studios, please notify us by email. We will be sure to send your package once again after confirmation that the order is yours.
